If you are working in the following trades and do not have an HIC and CSL licence, the Massachusetts BBRS says that as of July 1, 2008, you must have an HIC registration and a Specialty CSL to perform the following jobs:

• Roofing

• Siding & Window Installation

• Solid Fuel Burning Device Installation

• Demolition
