This years annual golf tournament will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at the Poquoy Brook Golf Club, 20 Leonard Street, Lakeville, MA.
Check in is at 7:30 AM. Coffee and donuts will be provided. The tournament will be held Rain or Shine!
Entry fee is $125. Golf registration deadline is Wednesday, August 27, 2008. This will include a dinner. If you do not want to play golf, but would still like to attend the dinner event, the cost is $25 per meal (prepaid by September 3, 2008 only - $40 after that date or at the door). We would love to have you come either way!
There will be numerous "money hole prizes"
and a raffle.

- Dinner Sponsor (2 maximum!) - $1000 ea Your company’s name & logo prominently displayed on an exclusive 3'w x 2'h, printed both sides, sponsorship sign. Also includes 4 greens fees, 2 carts and 4 meals.
- Own the Hole - $750 Your company’s name prominently displayed on a 3'w x 2'h tee sign, printed both sides and exclusivity on the hole. Also includes 4 greens fees, 2 carts and 4 meals.
- Two Holes Tee Sponsor - $300 Your company’s name prominently displayed on a 24”w x 18”h tee sign, printed both sides, on two holes.
- Individual Tee Sponsor - $200 Your company’s name prominently displayed on a 18”w x 12”h, printed both sides, sponsorship sign.
- Coffee & Donuts Sponsor - $250 Your company’s name prominently displayed on a 24”w x 18”h, printed both sides, sponsorship sign.
- Contest Sponsor - $125 Opportunities include:
- sponsoring the longest drive
- straightest drive
- closest to the hole
- and other events that will occur in the outing.
- Theme Basket Sponsor - $100 Custom made gift basket with your company name tag. Baskets will be raffled.
- Cart Sponsor - $50 Your company’s name prominently displayed on 2 carts.
- Promotional Items for Goody Bag are accepted.
