The Bristol Norfolk Home Builders Association, Inc. conducts classes to help those people who are expecting to take the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License Examination. This license applies to those who are building 1 and 2 family dwellings and/or those building structures with less than 35,000 cubic feet of enclosed space. The classes are conducted 4 times per year. The dates, times and places are published. Class size is strictly limited to enable a high degree of personal attention to each student. We encourage the “buddy system,” so get a friend to register with you for the class.

Candidates for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License Examination must be able to document 3 years of construction experience. Enroll Now.
