First Annual Community Outreach Program

 

This year, the organization built and sold the community a brand new 4 bedroom home on Smith Street in North Attleboro. The construction of this home was completed primarily by members of the BNHBA and financed by Mansfield Bank, who is also a member of BNHBA. This house is a Community Outreach Program home, which means that partial proceeds from the sale will be used to benefit local vocational school scholarships. The selling price is $319,900, which is below the appraised market value.
